All photographs are subject to copyright law and may not be used for any commercial purpose, promotion, or sale without my prior consent. Photographed persons may use the photographs for private presentation purposes in any printed form or on the web, social networks, or anywhere else.
At the same time, I ask that you do not publish the unedited photographs that I send you for selection for final editing, nor edit the color of the photographs or apply filters to them in any way without my prior consent.
Photographs on my website and social media are presented only with your consent. I do not publish them anywhere without it. I greatly value your consent and am grateful when you provide it, as it allows me to show them to others.
Booking a Photo Session
It is best to book a photo session at least 2-3 weeks in advance. It always depends on my current workload, so I may have an available slot earlier, but also possibly later.

The photo session date becomes binding upon confirmation by both parties.
For this reason, please respond as quickly as possible if you are genuinely interested in a photo session. If you do not respond for a long time, I may book the slot for someone else.
By proceeding with the photo session, you also agree to my terms and conditions.
Photo Session
Please arrive on time for the photo session if possible. If for any reason you cannot attend, please contact me at least one hour before the session and we will either reschedule for the same day or arrange a new date.
Photo Selection
After the photo session, I will send you an email link to preview-quality photos from which you can select images for editing. These photographs have low preview resolution and are watermarked. Since these photographs are unedited, please do not publish these preview photographs anywhere. They are solely for your final selection.
Photo Editing
Wedding photography, reportage, family photos – basic retouching (i.e., removal of temporary skin imperfections, color adjustment, contrast, brightness, cropping, etc.).
Beauty, glamour, portrait – advanced retouching (basic retouching + skin smoothing while maintaining texture).
The color editing of photographs always matches my entire portfolio. I process each order according to my artistic vision, and disagreement with the color grading of delivered photos is not grounds for complaint.
Processing Time
Processing time for wedding photography is typically 3-8 weeks from the wedding shoot.
For other photographs, it is typically 3 weeks from receiving your selection.
In both cases, this time may be shorter or longer depending on my current workload.
Photo Delivery
I deliver photographs in full resolution in JPG format electronically.
I do not provide unedited photographs or photographs in RAW format, even for an additional fee.
Payment Terms
Prices for photography services can be found in the price list. You pay for my photography services against an invoice issued by me.
Archiving
I back up photographs in digital negative (RAW) format for approximately one month after delivery in case you decide to have additional photos edited. I back up edited photographs for at least six months from delivery. If something happens to your photographs, you can request them from me during this period. However, I recommend making your own backup of the photographs.
Gift Vouchers
You can order gift vouchers through the form.
I will send the voucher to your email after payment.
The voucher is valid for 6 months.
